    I don't know about making troy a situational player.

    Makes it a dead giveaway to the opposing offense what he's doing, at least the way we used to play him he did coverage sometimes.
    Sticking him in to do what he does and only what he does will tip off offenses I would think.

    Oh, I only meant play TP as we usually do and then entertain inserting him as a middle linebacker in certain situations. Like the 4th and 29 scenario. Allen could fill in admirably at safety, while Troy subbed in for Foote to help cover underneath better. This would simply be a package to pull out and use when we thought it was needed.

    Oh I get it now.

    It'd be interesting to see how that'd play out.
