By contrast, Mixon got 78%, Chubb got 53%.

You can get hurt with or without the ball. Other RBs need reps

They have three guys taken #1 overall - Baker, Clowney, and Garrett (the only one living up to it).

You do know both Chubb and Mixon were injured last season, I didn't know Tomlin was the OC .

But you also use those to move around in the draft and make deals. They have had a ton of first round picks to play with. They had 4 one year. Out of the last 10 years, five of those they had multiple first round picks. We have one of those in haden too.

If I was the Browns coach Chubb getting hurt would suck but they have Hunt. Also most people blame the Bengals coach for getting their QB hurt (they think they passed the ball too much). Losing their QB probably lead to crappy backup QB play which what do you know lead to Mixon getting hurt. You can also get a WR killed if you play QB and lead him into a big hit. I am sure you are right there is no way Tomlin could possibly contribute to getting a player hurt.

Didn't even make past your open post to the comments. Love the resident optimistic homer.

After thinking more about the game against the Bills, I think they were stupid for not running the ball more. The thing is they are all in on Allen passing and himself running. We set up rightly for that on defense.

So for halftime adjustments, why did the Bills coach not change tactics? I think if they pounded the ball in the 3rd quarter, we would have been the ones forced to change things.

Our defense played great, but in retrospect, I think their coach was stupid/oblivious. If not that, maybe he didn`t want to tick off Allen. Don`t know.

    Tell that to Detroit.;)

On the Pirate message board (all three of us) they get so excited about getting a high first round pick. meaningless for an organization run like the Bucs.

This has to be the dumbest statement ever, back in the 70s and 80s RBs ran the ball a lot more than the current RBs do.

Franco Harris most carries in one year was 310 that’s 19 attempts per game.
