That is the justification, but it is a bad call. Huntley had gained control of the ball and he was getting up with the opportunity to try to make a play. That's a sack.

 

Let it go, it wasn't a sack, anyone who isn't biased knows it wasn't a sack. Move on, Watt needs to get one still.
