The clock is stopped when that player is tackled or goes out of bounds. However, in the NFL the clock runs when a player goes out of bounds unless it's the final two minutes of the first half or final five minutes of the second half.

I think he's had a "good" game. Made some big plays. Could've had a huge game if he caught the ball better tho. Might've gone for close to 200 and 2-3 TDs. It's definitely a step in the right direction for the kid. Showing progress
