    Guys we don't need a QB lol. They need a couple more mid prime free agent Offensive Lineman. Use a draft pick to trade if needed. We also could use another RB (maybe through the draft).

    Coaching staff is number one issue!

    Pickens needs to put more of an honest effort into that ball. He won't always come down with it, but fight for that space. Go up and get the ball. Don't just hope it comes to you. AJB has been grabbing those balls all year long
