I'm still here. What makes you think they had a "real shot" with Pickett? Through the 1st half Pickett has done NOTHING, which is exactly what he's done week after week after week. He's pure garbage and people like you keep trying to pretend like he's this future HOF'er. He can't throw down field. He can't throw a touch pass to save his life, which I 100% think is because of those stupid gloves he wears.

Trubisky is trash too! Rudolph is trash as well! The Steelers are going nowhere any time soon because this organization is going to keep trying to give Pickett a shot. The best thing that could happen to this team is for Pickett to have a career ending injury that forces them to draft someone new. Unfortunately we're stuck with Pickett for at least another season after this.

Make no mistake though, I will NOT stop pulling for him to turn it on and do SOMETHING. Steelers don't need him to be great, they need him to be decent. 73 yards in a half is not even close to decent. It's garbage.

I saw him drive his team from its own two for a field goal, then get them in field goal range again the final drive of the half. I've seen him come up big in the fourth quarter many times already in his short career. They had a much better shot with him than they did with Trubisky. Your blind hatred of the kid kept you from seeing that.
