That's the real question, the guy is just a horrible coach in almost every facet of the job. The team is never motivated to play big games. They never play a full 60 minutes. The assistant coaches are awful, despite having "winning records" no team is ever sniffing around our coaching staff for coaching jobs. We blew tons of high draft capital on busts and despite being a secondary coach the guy can't even draft the position since he's been here. He is one of the most overrated coaches in the league, if not the most. If he didn't inherit a super bowl caliber defense with a budding franchise quarterback at the beginning of his head coaching career he would not be a head coach right now.

 

They literally did enough on Offense without those 4 INTs and the terrible snap!

Absolutely. I wish I had that discipline, but I grew up watching this team build a four time SB winner. It's in my blood. But, I can't and won't argue with your assessment.
