The Titans do NOT select Ronnell Lewis. The Titans select Chandler Jones, DE Syracuse. I was in bed when pick #51 was made. I then had to get up and go to work. This was the earliest I could get on.

    Steelers vote results:

    DE B. Wynn - 1
    OT M Schwartz - 1
    RB L Miller - 1
    QB K. Cousins - 1
    OG Washington - 3

and the winner with 5 votes and the 56th pick in the MB Mock the Steelers select:

    Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame

While he may not have a big immediate impact it gives some depth at the position and a rotational player until he takes over as a starter.

with the 58th pick the Houstan Texans select Brian Quick WR 6'3" 209 lbs from Appalachian State

The Texans feel that Brian will give us the much needed second threat to draw coverage away from Andre Johnson. He will compliment Johnson very well.

    atlanta is on the clock.

With the 62nd pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers select:

    Philip Blake, G/C, Baylor

Although the 49ers have a young and talented growing offensive line, there is one hole at RG, where Adam Snyder's time must unfortunately come to an end. Center Jonathan Goodwin was a great pickup for us last year, but he is 34 and we have no idea how much longer he'll be with us. The addition of Philip Blake plugs the final hole on the OL for 2012 and gives us our center of the future when Mr. Goodwin decides to hang them up. We are excited to have Mr. Blake join our offense along with WR Ashlon Jeffery, and look forward to an improved running game, more time for Alex Smith, more open receivers, and a more productive offense!

The New England Patriots are on the clock.

The Patriots select Trumaine Johnson DB-Montana. We are hoping he can make it as a CB, but the fall back would be a safety - both huge needs.

The Giants are on the clock.

With the 65th pick (1st of the 3rd round), the Indianapolis Colts select Doug Martin RB Boise State. So many holes to fill, but we need someone better than the Brown/Carter combo. Doug Martin appears to have the skill set to both run and catch out of the backfield.

St Louis is on the clock

with the 68th pick in the 2012 MB Mock the Browns select:

    Mitchell Schwartz, OT, California

There were probably 2 other ways the Browns could have gone with this pick. But we felt the need to protect the new franchise QB at the RT position was the biggest hole to fill and had better value here.

First of all please keep any questions in the main thread this is for picks only. Also the answer to your question is there. Originally I did not allow the Titans to change their pick (as that is the rules)...however...if you want Lewis you can have him and I'll give the Titans the player C. Jones that they wanted (as a one time deal). Thanks!
