This is the thread where ALL draft picks will be announced by their teams GM. NO OTHER POSTS ARE PERMITTED HERE (to discuss draft selections do so in the main thread).

    A couple reminders:

Also if you will not be here and your pick is coming up...you can PM your pick and I will try to announce your pick for you...but keep in mind, say there are 3 teams ahead of you, then you would need to PM me FOUR choices (ranked by the one you wont most to least), that way if someone takes one of your choices I'll go to the next and so on. If you do not PM me your picks (if you're not going to be here) and your time limit expires...then ANYONE can be make your pick for you...but it MUST be a logical/fitting/etc pick not just some random player. Now even if you do PM me your picks and you're here when you’re on the clock you CAN announce it yourself.

Time limit per pick (by round):

    1st - 12 hours
    2nd - 10 hours
    3rd - 10 hours
    4th - 8 hours
    5th - 8 hours
    6th - 6 hours
    7th – 6 hours

Also any MB Trades will be shown next to the pick inside [ ] any other trades shown were down in real life prior to the start of our "season".

For those new to this...look at how the others are announcing their picks...make sure the players first/last name, position, college and pick number (be it round 2 pick 32 or whatever) are in your selection announcement.

with the 4th overall pick in the 2012 MB Mock Draft the Browns select:

Mr Heisman Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor aka RG3

While I think McCoy could still be a decent QB...if theres some more talent around him....he is no where near the player RG3 can be. RG3 could do for the Browns what LeBron did for the Cavs...take them to the next level...and give us a true franchise player to build around. We did like QB Tannehill, but we did not think he would last until our next first round pick.

The Bucs are on the clock!

Bucs need to improve in so many areas CB LB was a tossup between Claiborne and Richardson The Vikes nab the CB so I 'll go RB and go from there. I'll take chance on his minor????? knee operation

With the 6th Pick in the 2012 NFL Draft...

The Washington Redskins select: Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State.

We desperately need playmakers on offense. Blackmon will be a huge addition right out the gates. Now we just need someone to throw to him! =p

Along with newly aquired linbacker Brian Cushing, the Eagles move to solidify the inside of their defensive line with their first pick. and also, an attempt to make Andy Reid look thinner.

With the 12th pick in the draft the Seattle Seahawks choose Luke Keuchly, ILB, Boston College.

With no one on the board with value at their two biggest needs (QB and DE), Seattle chooses the highest person on their draftboard and fills a hole left by free agency.

Arizona is now on the clock.

with the 13th pick the AZ Cardinals select:

    Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

The Cardinals OL wasnt the best last year and an OT is needed to protect the big money QB Kolb (or Skelton if Kolb goes down again). Some may say a stud WR to go along with Fitz or a passing rushing OLB to go along with Acho (and to push Schofield)...but its not often you can get a stud OT in the NFL and if you cant keep your QB safe then you cant win (unless his name is Roethlisberger).

    -------------------------------------------

with the 14th pick the Cowboys select:

    Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama

This was an obvious need for the Cowboys...the secondary was terrible last year. So this was a no brainer.

    -------------------------------------------

Indy is on the clock again with the Jets on deck.

The colts fended off another urge to trade down... and select David Decastro, Guard from Stanford with the 15th overall pick. Indy has an ancient center and two terrible guards, Decastro will be an immediate starter.

With the 16th pick in the 2012 Official Steelers MB/TSF MB Mock Draft, the New York Jets select:

    Courtney Upshaw, LB, Alabama

Upshaw will bolster an aging OLB corps and help improve a middle of the road pass rush.

    Cincinnati is on the clock.

With the 17th Pick the Cincinnati Bengals would like to say the Colts are a bunch of assholes for taking DeCastro... and select...

Dre Kirkpatrick - CB - Alabama

It was obvious that the departure of Jonathen Joseph from the team last year was a huge blow... This pick will bolster the Bengals defense... And we're the Bengals so we don't care about a little pot charge.

Seeing how the GM is MIA (and that apparently nobody else can make the pick without my approval or some crap)...with the 18th pick in the 2012 MB Mock the Chargers select:

    Cordy Glenn, OL, Georgia

Apparently OL is their biggest need (via people PMing me and research)...and he was the highest OL available.

    via PM:

With the 19th pick in the draft the Chicago Bears select Mark Barron S Alabama. Looking at the value on the board plus the available FA WR's the feeling was that Barron can make a difference sooner in the pass happy NFC North.

    --------------------------------------
    via PM:

with the 20th pick in the MB Draft the Titans select:

    Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame

Cincy is on the clock again...

with the 22nd pick in the 2012 MB Mock...the Browns select:

    Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor

The Browns have desperately needed a true #1 WR (that can catch)...this will move Greg Little to the #2 WR and Cribbs to #3-4 and give our new QB a solid target who was ALSO his college teammate and #1 WR at Baylor (even though we were hoping for Floyd, we're happy with Wright based on those reasons). Two of the Browns biggest needs of the last decade have now been filled with these 2 first round picks.

    ------------------

Detroit is now on the clock...

With the 23rd pick of the 2012 Steeler's Message Board Fantasy Draft...

The Detroit Lions draft Peter Konz, C, WIS

The top C in the draft. With all of the Secondary Position players we were targeting gone we felt we would address another pressing need as well as stick to our philosophy of drafting best available player. As Raiola nears the end of a stellar career we felt it was necessary to protect our future in QB Stafford.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are on the clock...

    Dont'a Hightower, ILB, Alabama

    ------------------------

Denver is on the clock again...
