Kept Mayfield under 200yrds.

5 sacks

Chubb and Hunt combined 106 yrds. Chubb 58 yrds. Hunt 46 yrds

and Haden getting the last word with the INT

Hargrave 6 total tackles and a sack

 

the better half and I are aiming to be there not solidified yet but hopeful

 

Quite a bit I would imagine. A good contingent down there in Arizona if I recall. Should be a good atmosphere.

 

Mayfield is their biggest problem on offense. If he can't roll right he makes mistakes.

 

We don't need them

 

An obvious touchback " the announcers even said " and they don't ever say that...

They also said " That's a penalty " on Duck getting launched on...And they ALSO said, the very next series " That's NOT a penalty on Dud "

EVERY f***** questionable call they had to huddle up for 10 minutes, then screw us...

Baker Mayfield should ask Dicks sporting goods if he can make a commercial for them selling Duck Calls. It will probably be all he's known for or in a few years anyways.

 

I agree there were some terrible calls - Dupree roughing the passer, putting the ball on the one yrd line on that punt, and a terrible call in the first half I remember but they did make some good calls that went our way w defensive PI and we won, so that washes away the Stain, if you will, of those bad calls

I don't know about the Bubby comparison. Bubby was a hyper-active emotions-on-his-sleeve type of guy, maybe more like Phillip Rivers than Duck. Hodges reminds me more of Mike Tomczak (on his good days that is) with his bomb away tosses and mellow demeanor.

 

I thought he meant "Where's the O Joe"

 

I was there last time Steelers played in AZ in Oct 2011 and I'd say it was about 1/3 Black and Gold in the stadium. The fun part was the Saturday and early Sunday crowds in Glendale around the stadium in shops, bars and restaurants - the local proprietors said they'd never seen anything like it with how Steeler Nation took over the entire town - and they weren't complaining - business was great that weekend for them and they appreciated it. After today's awesome win, I really think I've got to drag my bones over to that game - about a 400 mile 5-6 hr drive.

 

So the "BIG BUNCH" is just wishful thinking then?

OK, now we're even. Brister does the same for me. Funny story, about 20+ years ago I was in a 99 cent only store just rummaging around and found these NFL figurines and collectable player cards and they had a handful of Brister packages except it was a misspell and they printed " Buddy Brister" on the packages and cards. I grabbed all I could find and gave them away to my brothers and other Steeler friends. I'm sure they all ended up in the trash the first spring cleaning.

 

Me and the wife are debating it. It was settled but baby girl has her first cheer comp that day so the flight times don't work. She said so let's drive it... Hell of a heave ho but we might be game

 

I wanted to be there but, I'll be a week into a grueling 3 week course and need to be in the classroom at 0730 on Mon. morning! I'll be watching from my family room though
