Official Mike Tomlin thread

I've been leaning that direction the last 2 or 3 seasons. I was wishfully thinking we would see the necessary improvements and changes. Doesn't seem to be happening quickly ,if at all. I'm not anti-Tomlin but I'm definitely anti- lack of results though. I'm sorry but I don't look at regular season records as a indication of success like many other do. I look at playoffs and SBs as success especially for this talent level and thie history of this franchise. The things that have seemed to be Tomlins key strengths such as leadership,motivation and being able to unite a team seam to be slipping through the cracks. IMO I don't see strategy being a strength at all for him. This D is suffering because of Butler and Tomlins lack of doing something about it. If we were to bring in a real DC to lead these players I think Tomlin could still have a place but if Tomlin is gonna hitch his wagon to the results we are getting from Butler he's gotta take the fall too.
