There's absolutely nothing they could have done except not move forward and just stand up. The tackle never came out of his stance, the LS snapped and put his hand back down. Never attempted to get up!

I haven’t seen the refs so blatantly against the Steelers since that game in NJ against the Giants after NYC got hit by that hurricane years ago.
