Mike Tomlin is the common denominator in the Steelers failing over and over and over again for 12 seasons. 3 playoff wins and those three playoff wins were against 2nd and 3rd rate QBs.

Steelers are done as long as Mike Tomlin is the head coach. He is the most overrated coach I have ever seen in any sport.

I actually think the best thing they can do for Pickett right now is give him a reset. Trubisky will make some plays. He will just make some big mistakes, too. Pickett isn't doing much of anything.
