Official Gameday thread: Steelers @ Houston Week 4

and it's been that way for 8 or 9 years now. I can't recall the last time I felt confident when the Steelers had a 3rd and 1 that they'd put in a fullback and run for 3 or 4 yards no sweat or QB sneak it and get it with plenty to spare. Maybe not since early Leveon Bell years? Even then it was less a given. I think it might go back to Bettis years and running-game built OL. We went all OL finesse about 7 or 8 years ago and never recovered. Pansyville, USA

Seriously, how many games do you have to see that KFP sucks? How long are you going to let your house burn before you throw water on it? Seriously you are reaching for something that isnt there!

 

I gots some dislikes a couple weeks ago for saying “thoughts and prayers for nick chubb” so I wouldn’t worry about it too much, STD

Never seen a defense overrun a tackle like Steelers have done today. Singletary just waits for over pursuit. Good coaching.

The defense just quit. They allowed the Texans to convert third-and-four with a simple run off the left side. That is inexcusable.

This isn't anything new.

 

I highly doubt Tomlin will ever be blamed. He will go down in history as one of the greatest ever.

I still think back to the 4-1 and Coach T being ok with a pass play from shotgun. Why?????? And agree Scribe had pickens not pulled a dJ it would have been 1st down

 

Texans get a td here they put up 30 pts… madden had them putting up 38pts against us

I am beyond shocked by the mental gymnastics people do around here for this guy. He's had a full year and 4 games this year to show us who he is. It's not good unfortunately
