How on God's Earth do you throw three straight times taking only 14 secones off the clock when Warren was running his ass off. You feel the obligation to bring in Najee when warren was playing better today. Use Warren as a deception on first down and throw once but then run the ball to use up clock. Absolute **** play calling buying into comeback KP. KP was playing like horse**** so you needed Warren to grind some yards to get into FG range or to overtime. KP is not the answer and I now accept he doesn't have it. What's worse is we will waste another year next year with a new OC to confirm that point.

 

Our quarterback situation doesn’t excite anyone. But it was painfully obvious that KP was not gonna get it done today. At some point you got a coach and not just watch.

 

The Steelers have had an elite running game the last three weeks. Pickett isn't taking advantage.

Have you ever seen Dan Moores biceps. They literally sag. How is a professional athlete lack muscle tone. They truly are like 80 year old women biceps.

maybe, but the game was in our hands. Control the clock, get into FG range and either win or tie. Don’t give it back to the other team and expect the D to bail the team out again. It’s just asinine.

Agreed. That second-down play should have been a run by Warren. If he breaks it, great, you're on your way. If not, you probably have to take it to overtime.

 

Thank you. Credit where deserved. Canada thought he'd catch browns off guard dmd run plays for Johnson at the end. This team needs work. Sure hope some eyes are open but who knows

I disagree, tied at 10, needing only 3 to 9 yards on 3 plays to get into what likely could be a GW FG and the offense went backwards - even a 5th string QB should be able to do that.

The Browns did nothing on defense during that last possession. They did not get pressure on Pickett on any of those plays. Their coverage was decent, but not good enough to get a stop. Johnson did a poor job on first down, when he should have caught the ball for a short gain. Either he made a mistake on his route or Pickett misread it on second down. Put all that aside. Johnson was open on the sideline on third down. Pickett had time. He has to make that throw.

 

Someone on here needs to make a call to the Steelers front office,tell them KFP is not a qb!

 

Ok fair enough. Now what if Pickett starts next week and looks terrible?

Peanut gallery? Picket was awful, oline was horrendous and that’s all of em.
Our brand new toy huge TE can’t play TE and as big as he is couldn’t block.
Johnson, again can’t catch and when he does heads for the sideline like he thinks it’s the end zone. I have yet to be impressed with Robinson just blah. Mueth and Robinson both seem to not be sure where the 1st down marker is in multiple plays thus multiple games. How bout taking a look over at the sideline before the play sheesh. Picketts QB sneaks are anything but. Austin’s returns, um yeah, no. Was Highsmith even playing? Can we prorate his direct deposit pay per performance? How bout giving the Herbig kid a shot?

I didn't realize that the Browns defense is ranked #1 and the Steelers defense is ranked #28...thought that was a typo or mixup.
