Okay, I'm over Payton Wilson. He stinks. He can't get off blocks, runs himself out of position and all he does is chase plays. I don't care how many tackles he made in college. He stinks.

 

Game was over anyway after kickoff debacle. Defense is worst in NFL on 3rd down.

 

Remember when I was defending the defense earlier? Forget I said it. The defense folded on this last drive.

 

My opinion say much. Been a quiet poster for ten years. But Tomlin needs to go. At some point you cant just keep spending money and teaching potentially good players the same poor way to play. Its been a rinse and repeat for over a decade.

 

14 points given up basically. At least 10. That stupid kick return fiasco and the INT in the endzone. SMH.

This is a horrific loss. Like, really really bad. If they clean it up slightly, they probably win or it's tied.

Should've kept Brian Flores last year and made him the D coordinator. He fits the identity of the Steelers.

 

Any other franchise & Austin would’ve been canned a long time ago. There is no defending how putrid this high priced defense is. Bend don’t break & playing not to lose will get you beat more often than not. I hate the ultra-conservative approach on both sides.

 

Tomlin wants splash plays (Ramsey) ... didn't care about keeping the D together and on the same page (Minkah)

 

I don't think I have ever seen a more pathetic 3rd down defense in all of football in my life.

Im sure there are stats on this, would love to see the last decade of it. I am positive the Steelers are at the top.

LOL did you read that statement? Look around this board, many frustrated fans so get to pepping em up Captn Positivity. Ill be here every week watching this train wreck and hoping somehow it gets turned around, but I dont live on blind optimism.

 

The Seahawks were content to just run a couple of yards and kick the FG. But we actually let them run 20 yards for the TD.
