I doubt it, but I doubt the late touchdown drive would have been as easy if the Ravens had only been protecting a six-point lead.

People don’t seem to recognize the Ravens have a Top-3 rushing offense. Not many teams can stop them, and they ALL know it’s coming.

If we let a team rack up yards between the 20s but hold them to <20 points? I’m calling that a decent performance.

They earned that ranking mostly with Lamar Jackson. Huntley can run, but he's not close to Jackson's level in that area. I have no idea if Brown can run at all. Did he even attempt a run Sunday?

I'm with You 90% of the time I could care less about yards on the D they give up....I care how many points the give up.

I get all of that, but you and others want to let the defense off the hook. They simply didn't make enough plays. Based on their payroll, that's unacceptable.

    No...No...No..No....My friend.
    That is simply not true.
The D was terrible....I agree, but even as bad as they did on yards.....They did enough on points that if the Qb doesn't throw 3ints, and only one td.....We still could , and should Win.
One of those ints was a direct 6 point swing, and You lose by 2.
I look at it simply as this.
The Ds number one job is to stop points, and try ,and get turnovers.
The Os number one job is to score points, and give no turnovers.
Also that payroll is mainly on one Guy who isn't on the team, one older Guy playing all He's got, and a DPOY that's been hurt since game one.
