Actually when I 1st looked I didn't think it was a catch, but replay it looks good

 

The only thing I can think of is they don't think Cooper controlled the ball until that third step, but I don't think that's the case. He had both hands on it. He hadn't tucked it to his body yet, but he doesn't have to for it to be a catch.

 

Peterson and slide Porter in on the other side. Something has to happen though, He's factoring into too many of these plays!
