Watt had another sack strip taken off the books on a penalty.

I’m with you. It’s hard to be mad when the same thing keeps happening. Winning in Baltimore looks grim right now.

If we look like this when another team is paying our QB $38 million, what are we gonna look like when we have to foot the bill?

Crazy that we finished with the same record as when we had Pickett, what's his face, and Mason.

I think Steelers depot labeled him a winner today. His stat sheet has dwindled this season for sure

Imagine trading AB, after his 3rd season, and watching him put up 1500, 1700 and 1800 yard seasons.

Or Lev Bell after his 3rd season and watching him put up back-to-back seasons with 1900 all purpose yards.

i know there are a lot of other factors, but this place would implode Lol

I don’t know how anyone watches that game and doesn’t realize QWatt had a big impact. He created pressure and had a strip sack wiped out by a defensive holding penalty on Trice.

The coaches dropped the balls and missed the open receiver?

Or keeping Claypool and not getting Joey Porter.

Pickens hasn't even made a pro bowl yet.

Brown and Bell were stars in year 2.

Was Brown even in his worst year, ever as bad as Pickens was today?

This may sound almost silly, but they need to draft TWO in 2025 draft. One in first 2 or 3 rounds and one again in round 6 and scour the taxi squads.

There's not enough good ones to go around, let alone great.

I would say 9 out of 32 teams have a trash QB. Almost a third.

Earlier this season the Steelers were 9-3 and the Bengals were 4-8 and they only finished a game behind us. Just a terrible meltdown to finish the year. After we get destroyed by the Ravens next week the team will be 6-6 since Russell Wilson became the starter. I say let him walk and let some other team have the bad fortune of signing him, he has gotten worse and worse as the year goes by.

Brown catches those balls Pickens dropped. Hell Hines catches those as well!

This is true, but you still have to aim high...even if you fail. I suppose a mediocre "game manager" like Wilson (throwing), Fields (running) could work, but only if the rest of the team is fairly well stacked.

Not every top QB was drafted in top 10. We need to take some stabs and hope scouting, luck and development pan out into a top 10 NFL QB.

Well, he ended up with zero then what was stopping him from making another play during the game?

I disagree about Watt having a big impact on the game, yeah he lost the strip sack but he didn't do much besides that.

Doesn’t Pickens have a coordinator and a wide receivers coach in the hierarchy between he and Tomlin? What the heck are they doing?

I think it is very hard to play at a 1000% for as much as he has and not start to wear down.
If they go one and done in the playoffs I would consider trading Watt because he deserves to win a playoff game at some point in his career.

The best we can hope for is for Khan to get QB Kyler Murray in the off season.

Doubt we can do better than that.

Claypool couldnt catch a contested pass over a midget. He shouldnt be in any conversations.

Has AB ever had a bad game? yes.

Anyways, my point wasnt to compare Pickens to AB and Bell 1-to-1. It was to say, trading away a WR with as much proven talent as Pickens, after his 3rd year, is crazy (in my opinion). Especially when coaching is the big issue.

    It's 4 bad losses in a row.

and it's been a common theme each game; tackling, communication, penalties, ball security.. and now catching.

as Tomlin would say, and said last season "..two is a pattern."
