They need to take a hard look at whether they give Brown a ton of money. He's talented, but is he worth shorting themselves at other spots on the roster. He clearly hasn't shown up today and he's off the field BS is too much to take. I mean guys like Chris Hogan can be AFCCG stars, why do you need someone (with a price tag) like Brown? Rogers and James were good enough secondary options today.

Meh. Brady will be gone in a few years and we'll never have to hear from them again. That's the difference between their fans and ours. They're bandwagon. We're not. Ask them why they didn't ever talk so much smack when Bledsoe was there? Where was their swagger when Carroll was their coach? They can say what they want but we are a superior fanbase and franchise. Period.

 

Activating Coates, who hasn't done **** since week 4, was a great move. Keep the same D scheme but play Sammie...that was the recepie?

I know it likely had no bearing on this game, but all the off the field nonsense leading up to this game will be the narrative all through the next two weeks.

I'm thinking the lack of a true #2 threat this year has hurt Brown. He still had great numbers but they need someone else to take the pressure off.. Bryant suspended and Green out injured really hurt them, I think more then people realized because the winning streak kind of hide it. But now that you get down to the wire and play the big boys, they expose that.

 

But what if he gets hurt for the Pro Bowl next week.

 

So the Steelers have gone from 24-17 to without Ben and with Cowher to 41-27 to with Ben and Cowher to 36-9 and counting to with Tomlin and Ben.
