    Chris Bell WR Louisville

    The Raiders need to give their new franchise QB another playmaker and increase the talent level of their unproven WR room. If it weren't for Bell tearing his ACL last season, he would have been projected to go much higher. Fortunately, the Raiders are in a position where the can afford to be very patient with him as he has the potential to develop into a true #1 WR.
