I'm assuming the proposed trade gets its second approval and thus goes through in order to keep things going

The Green Bay Packers trade their 3rd (88th) and 6th (202nd) overall picks to Houston for their 3rd (86th) round pick.

    86) Green Bay Packers Jerimiah Trotter, Jr., ILB, Clemson University

The Packers move up in order to secure Trotter Jr. to compliment Quay Walker at linebacker. Trotter descends from NFL bloodlines, and possesses a high football IQ with a nose for the football. Some knock his size (6'0"/238), but his ability to quickly diagnose plays and efficiently find his way through traffic makes up for it. Shows good burst and ability to get to the QB as a blitzer. Has aggressive instincts that sometimes find him over-pursuing, but a solid player with potential to become plus in Hafley's defense.

The Dallas Cowboys and @winggin@winggin are on the clock as of 6am EST

    91) Green Bay Packers Andru Phillips, CB, University of Kentucky

Phillips' stats don't jump off the page (0 INTs in 3+ years in Kentucky), but an impressive showing at the Senior Bowl neutralizing the likes of McConkey and the 6'7" Wilson, followed by a strong combine, has seen his stock rise significantly over the past few months. He sports great short-area burst, excellent fluidity in coverage, and is aggressive in support against the run (though needs to work on his tackling technique). Has good-not-great speed, and some over-stepping in his turns has led to him playing catch up the rest of the route. As such, while he played both boundary and slot in college, he projects as nickel-only in the pros by some.

However, the Packers aren't looking for a CB1 here, having Jaire Alexander at the head of that room. What they need is support in nickel packages, which they figure to deploy often. Phillips has the tools to fill that role early, with the upside to become a CB2 down the road. He should also establish a presence straight away on special teams, where he was a strong performer for the Wildcats as well.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and @winggin@winggin are now on the clock 7am EST

Kansas City Chiefs will go with the local boy from KU.

Round 3, Pick 95: Dominick Puni, OL, Kansas
Dominick Puni can play anywhere on the offensive line and proved he could do it at a high level during the past two seasons at the University of Kansas. He started at left guard in 2022 for the Jayhawks before moving to starting left tackle in 2023. Puni is the type of offensive lineman the Chiefs love, and they could get the most out of him over his rookie deal with some offensive line questions looming in 2024 and beyond.

Jacksonville Jacksonville Jaguars @Hawaii 5-0@Hawaii 5-0 are up with the 1st Comp pick of the Draft at #96.

With the 96th overall pick of the 2024 Steelers Fans Fantasy mock draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars [IMG] select:
    Jonah Elliss, EDGE, Utah [IMG]

Jacksonville needs as much talent as possible up front to pressure the talented quarterbacks in their division.

Jonah Elliss was a 2023 Consensus All-American and had a tremendous ’23 season rushing the passer with 12 sacks and 16 TFL.

The Cincinnati Bengals @Hanratty#5@Hanratty#5 are now on the clock...
