You seem to be implying that teams had some great love for Rudolph, Pickett, and Trubisky. I'm not sure the evidences supports that.

To be clear I am not advocating for the Tennessee QB. I know nothing about him aside from these talking heads talking about arm strength. I’ve never seen him play a down and I personally don’t want them to take any QB.

Im not implying or assuming, all i know is that the other 2, coming from media outlets, that there wasnt much interest.

 

He was very productive last season, averaged over 17 YPC with 12 TDs, had too many drops in 2022 but got better last season.

 

The Steelers certainly had the opportunity to watch him get roasted quite a bit during his days at Pitt. Devonshire is fast and he can make big plays, but he also gives up way too many of them.

 

Pass on Milton, take BPA at CB or DL.

This what I envisioned with KP, cry baby now, WE ruined him, Canada Ruined him. yes he was going to average, maybe great some day, he deserved the chance. We had WEAPONS, and a RUN game. sometimes it doesn't work out, sometimes it does, The STEELERS F'ED him up. We moved on!

Fields NEVER had it as good as Pickett did. EVER! PERIOD! Give him a break! He can now be a star in 2025 if he is SMART enough to sign a short extension. Give This line time to gel and WATCH OUT!

I hope Russ has something left, He HAS to prove it! He has suffered behind/with same things Fields has, just not as long.

It is perfectly clear now. They Steelers signed Wilson, did what they did in FA, and now this Draft, and more to come, for ONE reason! A LARGE push for a SB THIS year!

With this off season and now this draft, the Steelers didn't only send a message to their PLAYERS, but the WHOLE DAM NFL!

I HAVE suffered with some teams we had. THIS one now isn't one of them! 55 YEARS of watching everything top to bottom, when coverage of the team, off season, FA, draft, when ALL of it was in PAPER, or limited TV tells me this!!
