We gave up 45 points in a playoff loss to Jacksonville, yet let's keep drafting players on offense :facepalm:

I'm way higher on Rudolph than I ever was with Landry. Rudolph actually has a shot in the NFL.

This guy doesn't belong in the same sentence as Juju when it comes to running routes coming out of college. Juju was literally the best in the country at running routes. You know that right?

Very shrewd. It would not have been quite passing on Marino with an old Bradshaw, but the organization has to remember that lesson and has to know Ben is nearing the end.

Probably throws the best deep ball out of any QB in this draft.

Agreed, but in their defense, you don't know who's going to be available in the next draft when you're picking and you don't know that Shazier is going to be out of football.

    Why th
why the hell not....do you not realize the chemistry Rudolph and Washington are gonna have.........
.....this preseason. It will surely silence the " winning preseason games is important" crowd...
Cmon BF I thought you had more insight than that....jeeze

There are different types of WR’s. You know that right?

I’m sure you think Randy Moss isn’t on par with AB because AB is a better route runner.

I hope so, I never understood the pick he's not Ben's successor. They should shop Dobbs.

If we went back in time and someone wrote up a mock draft and this was the first three picks nobody would read further and the members here would have petitioned for a ban.

I dont think Rudolph was drafted to be a bench warmer and definitely not in the 3rd, that they moved up for. Hes got way more up side than Jones and Dobbs. They drafted him to replace Ben.

I'll be honest, I really didn't know much about him before that pick. I've been reading since the pick and nowhere has it been mentioned he has a weak arm. The opposite is said actually

These cameo announcements are a decent idea, but they really drag this out

From what I have read "weak" is relative. It is adequate.

How many top notch NFL QBs go in the third round? It happens but it is unusual. So I am not thrilled about this pick especially with so many needs on defense.

I like the Washington pick but otherwise I am not really clear what the hell they are doing in this draft.

All the teams that needed QB's got them in the 1st so that's why Mason Rudolph slid. None of those top 1st round QB's are perfect either, they all have to get better.

I say so because the film leads me to that conclusion. When you see a guy consistently guess which way the rb is going and get himself blocked out of the play, what else are you supposed to think.

Just saying: Mayock just mentioned he has poor recognition skills as well.
