    The Jaguars have said that they plan on drafting multiple quarterbacks this Year so we are opting to take our second signal-caller in the fifth round, we have two more picks later in the rd to address other areas.

    In this case...anyone could have picked for Jacksonville and TB...Cleveland would still have until Seattle's times expired...and if they still didnt pick then anyone could pick for them too. I had a feeling this weekend a lot wouldnt get done...as its another beautiful weekend (at least around here) so yeah...haha. No biggie though we doing fairly well with still like what 3 weeks to go before the draft?

    I dont see how that is fair
    i think we should say clevelands time has expired jacksonville
    is on the clock because i was ready waiting for someone to saysomething about Cleveland but no one ever did
    i then would have lost the chance to pick
