With the 7th selection of the 2nd round, (and the bigger steal so far in the draft) the Jacksonville jaquars select:

    Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State

we are exstatic with this pick. This guy has been marching up the charts and is being expected to go high in the first rd now and we got him 7 picks into the 2nd rd!
we prefer Carr over both Teddy Bridgewater and/or Manziel. We think come draft day teams will too

From my calculations the Titans time has expired and the NY Giants are now on the clock.

The NY Giants select: Scott Crichton, DE, Oregon State. Crichton isn't as athletic as the Giants normally like, but his violent style and power motor make him an excellent addition.

Picking for the Titans- the Tennessee Titans select: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech.

Fuller is a great value here and fills a big need for the Titans. He'll likely see significant playing time his rookie year.

Oh my fault. I checked this earlier and didnt realize I was on the clock. I was thinking I still had the number 11 pick in round two not number 10. Oh well Kyle Fuller it is.

The Carolina Panthers, with the 12th pick in the 2nd round draft Jace Amaro TE, From Texas Tech.

We the Panthers, having entered the draft having lost it 3 top WR and starting LT had multiple needs, in FA we acquired Vet WR Jerricho Cotchery, We moved up in the 2nd and acquired our future LT ( a 1st rd talent in our eyes) and again moved up to select a top TE ( another 1st rd talent ) that adds a big weapon to this offense. In this trade we also acquired another productive young WR in Chris Givens and a higher 4th rd pick than we traded away. Greg Olsen ( TE ) is a 8 yr vet and we believe our two TE sets are now a formidable force in itself.

The Detroit Lions are now on the clock

With the 13th overall pick in the 2nd Rd of the 2014 TSF.COM NFL draft, the Detroit Lions select

    Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State

Robinson is a big physical receiver who is good in and out of his cuts and pics up big chunks of yardage after the catch. We feel that adding Robinson along with Johnson and Tate will give us one of the best aerial attacks in the league.

Pittsburgh Steelers are on the clock. :yeehaw:

If I did my math right then Baltimore's time has expired and Minnesota should be on the clock.

    Correct?

Sorry I missed the Redskins 2nd rd. pick. I was checking and checking and the only day I didn't check, things sped up and my time expired. I apologize. For the record I would of selected :

    Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State

RG3 needs an easy outlet at WR, he is too antsy in the pocket and a big target would give him a little comfort.

Wish there was a text message alert that was sent out, maybe in the future.

I was thinking this same thing last night! Everyone provide their # and whoever picks after your pick, send them a text. I bet we'd be in the 4th-5th round by now if we had this! :smiley1:

I forgot to mention it this year, but you can (and maybe should) subscribe to this thread to get email notifications if you don't come on often (it's under thread tools in the first post of each page).

You should make sure that the email on file in your account settings is still one that you use. You may have to add thesteelersfans.com to your whitelist etc.

Kevin. I'm the one who made the selection of Van Noy OLB, Sorry I missed it by so far. My thought process was their offense is ok, their defense is in shambles and safety/CB was probably their biggest need but Christian Jones ILB & Noy OLB provided the highest value so I flipped a coin and Noy won. Brian O. wants out and even if he stays pass rush needs improving. Fletcher is finally getting old.

    My thought process anyways-
