We have similar opinions on Foster tho. He does a really nice job for the price we pay him. Gotta have guys like that on your team of you want to go places. I don't see any scenario where Wallace becomes a starting G in our offense tho. he has a much better chance of being replaced entirely.

I feel bad for Beachum. His injury definitely cost him some money. It will be tough to afford him even at the cheaper price. We have contracts coming up for Bell, Bryant, Brown, DeCastro, And Tuitt within the next couple years and we need to make sure that we can afford as many of those guys as possible. We don't have tons of cap as it is. It wouldn't surprise me if Beachum was playing for someone else next year.

Hate to break it to you, but we aren't signing a FA CB. At least not the kind you are looking for. We can't afford it. At least not if we are planning on keeping AB and Bell on the team (which we most certainly are).

Yeah we gotta cut Adams. As an OSU fan, I wasn't a huge fan of the pick at the time and it just didn't work out. He won't be around next season. Too bad. I've met the kid before and he is a really nice person. Hopefully he can get healthy and make a roster somewhere else.

MP has been an all pro, true... but I have concerns we may not see that level of play again (injury tole) and some, me included, feel his reputation has exceeded his performance. Wallace is nowhere near horrendous. He's done a fine job. Our cap situation is getting better and I hope the cap goes up. There may be money to retain our core and add a good FA CB. I'm not suggesting a deal worth $12M/yr or anything but one of the ways to find that money is to do something like make AV the LT going forward and let Beachum go.

Coach Crunch a Munch has taken one of our weakness and developed a solid online.
Yes ,in passing, a team with a great qb and OC can get away with a weak line but not in the running game. Coach has brought an attitude and respect to this line

Decisions, decisions.Depth at LT has to be looked at.
I am not a salary cap person, We have TTF for that, but the Steelers
will have to look at ways to share the wealth, Have we paid the wrong people too much
money? Cortez, Pouncey, Gilbert? I am also a believer that we have a three year window.

No one should confuse pouncey with Webster or Dawson, but he is leaps and bounds better than Wallace. Horrendous might not be the perfect adjective for him, but It's close.

Very importantly, our O line also now has more of a "next man up" mentality and level of performance. Guys get hurt and replacements fill in fine. That's good O line coaching at work.

This is what good fundamentals gets you. Munch is big on that. As much as I hate them, its why NE seems to be able to plug in player after payer and not miss a beat. Well, that and cheating, oh come on, I had to go there.
