Off-season workout program, upgraded from duct tape

Has anyone else been paying attention to the pictures that the team has been posting from the weight room during the start to the off season workouts? A couple of quick observations

1. No more duct tape!!!!!!!!! Apparently the beloved silver taped weight benches and patched up mats have finally been upgraded lol.

2. AV can make Cam Heyward look small.

3. Bud Dupree is getting ripped

3. AV and DD look like they are ready to push some guys around

4. Shark is working hard like always but will it translate?

I like duct tape.

We should use it 6 days prior to playing the Bungles 2 or 3 times a season in order to keep all their fans mouths shut!

 

why stop at just their mouths 86?

 

I"m looking for a big season from Dupree this year. Good to see him in the weight room putting in his time.

 

speaking of a bikini waxing.

 

Not as hard as getting him on the weight bench in the first place. I think they used fried chicken scented aromatherapy to entice him in to the weight room.

Chickillo looks slim! I'm really hoping he's going to at least be a solid contributor this year!

 

Golson needs to build that left arm back up. Looks like he still has some atrophy in that arm.

Phase two pictures were up. They won't please Mac as there is a picture of Harris, Foster and Gilbert jogging and Foster is clearly the biggest of the three, heck Gilbert looks like he dropped weight.

 

Anyone who did 1 day in Marine Corps Infantry, swears by Duct Tape. I was Infantry for 18 years. Got all kinda of Duct Tape

I am from the old school belief that off-season workouts can be counter-productive. Sure, players stay in better shape but they also get injured more often. At some point, you have to give your body a fairly long rest.

 

I haven't worked out since 2002. I am unstoppable!

 

Things I didn't need to see in my lifetime.
