So every time someone says fire MT on here , a bunch of people join both sides of the discussion and fight tirelessly over their side being right. So I will list what I think are his strengths and weakness.
Pros: Won SB Cons- A lot of first round playoff exits
Made another SB Missed playoffs way too much with HOF QB
Is great at sound bites and interviews only has one sb with HOF QB in weaker conference
Upsets a few so called great team every year Has had worst offense in league since big ben injury
NEVER HAD A LOSING SEASON - sick of this one Loses to a crap team every year that costs us h
Usually has solid defense Got depantsed in last AFC champ game with Belicheat
Win many close games Seems to resist playing new guys and lets veterans get away with murder.

There is no in between with MT. Either you love him or hate him. I actually fall somewhere in the middle. I appreciate what he meant to franchise but still feel he was given a sweet gig ready made for a super bowl and doubt he will ever sniff it again. Therefore, we need a change within a few years if not now.

As if there weren’t already 10,000 threads discussing the same topic with the same talking points. Yet once again let’s ignore how our former hof qb played in those losses just blame the coach. Qb throws two interceptions including a pick 6 it’s Tomlin’s fault. It’s Arians fault. Qb turns the ball over 4 times in a playoff game and it’s tomlin didn’t have him prepared. Wash, rinse, repeat
