My worry is if Jones can move over to the LT spot and become an asset. He struggled on the right side so hopefully him moving to his natural position he will excel. It could go either way unfortunately especially with Meyer still on the payroll. Can't get an upgrade because he is still under contract

The QB class looks better in 2026 than this year... lots of really good up-and-coming talent in the NCAA. So Steelers should have some options in the draft next year even if they are drafting anywhere from 15-20.

Matthew Stafford is the last 1st round QB to win a SB other than Mahomes. Stafford was drafted in 2009. So, 1 since the 2009 draft. I think that goes back 43 first round QB picks.

I also mean only as the team's starting QB. Not counting those that were on the SB team as a backup.

There are a lot of very good OL in this draft. Would anyone be surprised or even disappointed if we went OL early again?

 

No steeler coach has been let go and they aren’t planning on it. Tomlin isn’t firing anyone period yet there will be big changes. If there were going to be why would you wait till other teams have already snapped up their replacement coaches?

 

I was under the impression AR II would be speaking today. Guess not. That said, I wouldn't rule out tomorrow or Wednesday.
