I'm gonna give you a one ups in a one consistency: It's Tomlin. ALL of these coaching deficiencies is "organized" by one man: The head coach.

That would be a huge shift for Tomlin. I mean they had Jones practice all week at RT because Chuks might not be cleared and then true to Tomlin's mantra you don't lose your starting spot because of injury and sure enough Chuks is cleared and started when maybe they should have given him a week off to make sure he was 100%. I can't remember a time where Tomlin has pulled one of the trench guys for ineffectual play before.
