NT over LB would have been better

I think we blew an opportunity to get a good NT. Brandon Thompson would have been nice or the kid out of Washington or Josh Chapman.

unless there is a REALLY good RB, WR, or Safety out there I think they should package all their picks to move up to get the NT. I've state I felt it would be weird for them to carry three NT's on the roster, but this was a deep draft on DT's IMHO, and who knows if they get the opportunity for a NT next year....

We'll take NT in the first next year, as there are about 5 1st-round prospects out there at this point. We'll be OK with Hampton and McClendon, assuming we miss out on Chapman and Ta'Amu in the 4th. Spence appears to be well suited for our defense with his recognition skills.

There will be a good NT available in the 4th, between Ta'Amu, Chapman, or Fangupo.

I wanted Chapman in the 3rd over Spence. I really hope he's there in the 4th, but right now I'm doubting it.

As long as we can get either Ta'Amu or Chapman I will be happy. My only problem is, I expect Hampton to start the season on the PUP list. Chapman is also coming off ACL surgery. I don't think he will be ready to go. I think t here must be something that Colbert knows t hat none of us do regarding Ta'Amu. For this guy to fall to the 4th round after dominating the Senior Bowl the week he did, I just don't get it.

I agree I wanted them to draft Ta''Amu in the 3rd nosetackle is more of a need than linebacker.

Yes, very happy with the Ta'amu pick. I kind of wanted Chapman more, but now I'm not so sure--I like Ta'amu's nimble feet.

Lol..."nimble feet"...where else can you go to hear about a 350 lb mountain of a man described with nimble feet!
