While Antonio is great, you see how teams will try and get him out of the game, Eli Rogers cant catch that was apparent last year in playoffs, and Bryant even though everyone including himself thinks hes great maybe is just average, Bryant should be eating the 2nd and 3rd cbs up but Ben doesn't trust him, JUJU will be key going down the stretch.

Rogers is clearly mad about his situation but luckily he hasn't said anything in the public. He hasn't done himself any favors. He's not ready like he normally is.

I'm more worried about Shazier than JuJu.

Eli is getting chances and dropping the ball. Martavis has some great catches, I don’t understand the “Ben doesn’t trust” comments

He doesn't fully trust any receiver other than Brown that's why he will go to him even in triple coverage, forcing throws, you can tell he was starting to trust JuJu , but he seems pissed at many drops that Eli and Bryant are having itsonly natural to look the other way

Also think Eli is loosing some confidence since his punt return drop and benching a few games ago.

Eli came up with a huge catch at the end so I give him props for that but when JuJu gets back, Eli will be back on the bench, thankfully.

Eli, James, and Bryant all dropped easy catches that would have been big plays. They have to get more consistent to help out AB, Ben, and Bell.

Yes, we need a clutch 2nd/3rd WR, damn near everyone dropped the ball last night. But Ben keeps slinging it back their way, trust or not.

You left Hunter out of the dropsy group, but at least Bryant did finally show up with a nice TD catch, he had 6 targets and caught 4 for 40 yards and a TD, thats a big improvement for him, proud of Ben for carrying this team on his back last night he even had 3 runs for 25 yards...........

Looks like we will be drafting another WR in the first 4 rounds.

I'm really liking the Skins youngster Josh Doctson,
its nice to see a wr dive for the ball instead of waiting for it to drop in to his hands.

people were mad at the pick up of JuJu, but happy about connor, an average at best RB in the 3rd round. JuJu would have made a lot of those catches last night

I feel that Bryant is better than what he is showing, we saw the plays he could make 2 years ago. Unfortunately he is also soft mentally and needs to be built up to perform, as in he needs to get the ball and have plays thrown in for him and feel he is a key clog in this offense. You can see it with the girlfriend comment (team making him look average), the juju jealousy earlier this year, etc. It seems he is a me first, stat focused guy and I hate that, however it may not hurt to try and get him more involved and motivated for down the stretch. Games like last night are missed opportunities for this as we should have been blowing them out and we can showcase Bryant in garbage time to make him happy and focused. Having AB, JuJu, and a motivated Bryant only makes us better.

Yeah, when we throw to James, Rogers or Bryant I`m expecting a drop instead of a catch. Trust Ju Ju to catch most of the time. Expect perfection from Brown.

I agree. Every receiver played like total garbage last night, except Brown

Bryant was OK, but nothing great. I wouldn't call his performance garbage.

I already knew the selection of JuJu was nothing short of brilliance by Colbert due to the myriad of issues; red zone woes being chief among them.

Much of what I saw last night was just further indication of my comment that JuJu was sorely missed.

Thank God for Antonio Brown though. Him and/or Julio Jones make the impossible possible.

Had some buddies over to watch the game. We discussed Bryant’s one miss along the sidelines where he got a hand on it and deflected up.

Our consensus was this. Some people will be pissed he deflected it up. Others, if not the same, would’ve been pissed if he didn’t reach back for the ball. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Ben missed out that throw. Since his “healthy scratch” he’s played well. Room for improvement? Absolutely! He will be an important part of this team going forward.

I agree with most on this; as I was watching Rogers last few games, I too felt like the hype he was getting from Ben was not on target. He is a poor man's 4th WR at best. His hands suck. There is a reason he was not drafted.

Coming out of Louisville, Rogers was projected to go undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft and was not a highly sought after undrafted free agent. He also did not receive an invitation to the NFL Combine. On March 11, 2015, he participated at Louisville's pro day and performed all of the required combine and positional drills for team representatives and scouts. Representatives from all 32 NFL teams were present, including New England Patriot's head coach Bill Belichick, Pittsburgh Steeler's head coach Mike Tomlin, Cincinnati Bengal's head coach Marvin Lewis, and Pittsburgh Steeler's head coach Kevin Colbert to scout Rogers, DeVante Parker, Jamon Brown, Gerald Christian, Gerod Holliman, and 17 other prospects.[4] He was ranked as the 132nd best wide receiver prospect available in the draft by NFLDraftScout.com.[5]

It won't happen without Juju. Getting him back is a must. But this has nothing to do with Bryant, who played a good game last night and hopefully will play better from here on in. It's about #17, who stinks and can't catch. He is a total liability and if he is on the field that's one more receiver that nobody needs to account for or worry about.

Must. Get. JuJu. Back. And for Cincy, because this is borrowed time without him: We caught a break last night and our kicker needed a record tying FG to win it for us. We might not get that lucky in Cincy.

Bryant has dropped very catch-able balls in every game. He has terrible hands. Rogers is just as bad.

I'll give a pass to James because he usually catches everything. We need Ju Ju back big time.

I hope we sign a FA WR next year. You would think we could find a dependable #2 or #3 WR with decent hands fairly cheap. All we need is a guy to compete for the #2 and #3 spot. They dont need to be probowlers....just decent hands. Would be nice if we could use our first 3 picks on a Safety, LB, and TE in the next draft.

It seems like Bryant, is just trying to get paid, and feels like he got off the weed he deserves to get paid, but in reality hes got the physical gifts but doesn't seem like hes into it other than for pay day, don't get me wrong I get it, but cmon man you are in a lucky position take advantage of it, supposedly your a beast and you are lucky enough to play opposite AB whos getting double coverage, you should be able to blow up 2nd and 3rd best dbs especially this time of year where injuries even have dropped teams cbs depth charts, but you show no heart, Elis decent as a back up 4th wr, but its apparent what are problem was last year in the championship, with no Bell, take AB out and Ben had nowhere to go to, JUJU seems like he maybe a Anquon Boldin type opposite AB, and Bryant will be decent #3 for another year and Eli #4, but I would find a replacement for Bryant cuz hes just trying to get paid he wants out of here ,get paid and get back on the weed, people don't change

Yeah, I thought the defender had his arm between Hunter and the ball and knocked it out so I didn't really blame him for that one. It would have been a great catch and Hunter isn't good enough to expect great catches from.
