Kind of cool watching a field full of FAST and big corners and linebackers making plays! It also makes me laugh that all the so called NFL experts made fun of Seattle for taking Irvin in the first round. Looks like a complete stud to me?

I don't feel bad...I remember Miller getting jobbed on a catch he made losing the catch to a defender in that situation.

I'm pretty sure I'd be marching into Goodell's office armed to the teeth.

Well, we finally have it. They DIRECTLY cost a team a game now.

That is why you BAT THE BALL DOWN.....and not try to catch it.

GB deserved to lose as much as Seattle deserved to win.

    YOU BAT THE BALL DOWN!

Mountain and mole hill in this situation. The "real" refs have cost teams games in worse calls. Let's not sit here and pretend they never had phantom TD's, extra downs, misinterpreted rules and missed calls.

As someone else said "BAT THE BALL DOWN!". His fault for trying to pad his stats. Not like GB really did anything special to win the game anyway.

But with the social media aspect and the need for immediate news something like this will and should get the regular refs back on the field. I like in some ways the replacement refs let a bit more go between the WR and the CB but you can't have officials keep making horrible calls. As Cris Carter said this morning on Mike & Mike they are not getting better week to week, they are getting worse. A big black eye for Ol' Roger last night. :)

I am just glad it was not the Steelers!!

You mean like Tennessee? A lot of teams are banking on you batting it down. Just look at New England in the Super Bowl, or Detroit on Sunday. You have to play it by ear. In any case, even if it's not the right call to go for the interception, THIS is NOT why you bat it down instead of trying to catch it. The real reason is so that you don't accidently tip it upward and give the offense a better chance. Was Jennings supposed to see what went down coming? He caught it cleanly. Not sure he could have done anything better with his catch. No one can stop another player from putting their hands on the ball after you catch it and saying, "Look, I caught it too!" All you can do is hope the refs aren't that stupid.
