I think they're missing some windows to get some real changes done as all these other teams are building out their staff after changing Head Coaches.

I wouldn’t get my hopes up. So frustrating that it seems year after year we’re having the same conversation. Even when they do make a coaching change, albeit rarely, it’s always more of the same.

I mean it's quite obvious we aren't seeing the gains on the O-line and we're seeing guys leave and be at least moderately successful elsewhere. You'd think they would at least look at that! The Mistakes they were making late in the season were inexcusable!

I guess the FO is satisfied with non losing seasons and first round playoff exits. Maybe it is time for new ownership although I know that will never happen. Tomlin will probably be with the team 20 more years with no playoff wins.

D Line coach Karl Dunbar's contract is up. So maybe that's the BIG change

Maybe Artie II can spearhead a "NON-LOSING" season parade in downtown Pittsburgh for Mike Dumblin....he could ride around on a float, wear a crown, and salute his groupies! They could blast Taylor Swifty music in the city and drink Kool-Aid....then Dumblin pulls out his balls in front of Rooney & the city leaders, all while watching his brainwashed bubble-gum Steelers followers go crazy!

The waiting list for tickets is crazy. People would rather sale their tickets on 3rd party sites than give up their tix.

What is it with you and TOMlin's balls? That's an odd obsession you've got..........not that there's anything wrong with it....

If they don't make any changes it may mean they’re just setting up Tomlin to fail in 25 so they have justification to oust him.

well, if they keep the same coordinators and o line coach what else could it mean? Do they really think we’ll go anywhere with say Fields and that coaching staff?

Exactly. If they wanted him gone they’d have fired him this season. What more justification do you need than losing the last 6 games and 1st rd exit again.

But even if they did want to move on from him, they have 55 million reasons to keep him.

I dunno if they intend to oust him, but it seems weird that they're running it back the way they are after how the season ended. Perhaps they intend on lowkey tanking. The comments regarding TJ and Pickens were kinda weird as well. I hope to see the actual presser to get a better vibe than just seeing the quotes.

NOT A CHANCE. ARII seemingly is thinking Popcorn hasn't lost the locker room so we are good. Houston we have a problem!!!!

I don’t think tanking is something they would ever entertain and I don’t think the team would finish low enough to benefit from it. They have enough talent and coaching to continue to win around 8-10 games every year.

Even if they roll with Fields this year, they had 4 wins with him and probably at least double that had they not benched him. I just don’t see this team only winning 3 games.

I'll project record once i see how the schedule is laid out. But I'm anticipating a floor of 6 wins and a ceiling of 9 with a heavy lean towards 7-10/8-9. A 7 win season is kinda tanking, compared to the past 8 years.

A 7 win season doesn’t get you a top pick for a QB however so you couldn’t call it a tank. Tanking is like 3/4 wins fighting for the #1 pick.

7 wins still only gets you around pick 12 like Dallas this year. Sure, it puts you in better position to land a QB but you’re not landing one of the top 2 QB’s minus a trade.

I doubt he only wins that few anyway, been hearing that every year and Tomlin keeps churning out seasons above .500.

12th pick got Denver Bo Nix, but he was the 6th QB taken! That might never happen again. :lolol:
