Not feeling too confident about Saturday

I have not seen any indication that Jerome's getting voted in this year. Had he played in NYC or Boston (as Martin did) he'd have been in already.

 

No other Steeler should enter the HOF until LC Greenwood. In all reality though both Jerome and Hines will make it in and LC will be snubbed until he is 6 feet under.

 

Sad but, I fear, true.

I hope so. I'm planning to go to the ceremony.

Are there any "indications" that anybody else will be elected? What are "indications" that tip off who will be selected? I don't understand where you're coming from on this. The finalists have been named. They are being voted on today. What happens between when the finalists are announced and the announcement on who will be elected that tips anything off? Just curious.

Personally, I think Jerome will get elected today.

 

Guess I'll be saving my dough for next year.

 

I was reading a lot of columns and most of the talk centered on Sapp-Strahan-Haley...Carter-Brown-Reed...Jerome's name just wasn't popping up at all, and (as it turns out) this was indeed a bad omen. In fact, a saw one poll asking fans to select the players they most wanted to see get in. Jerome's name was not an option, along with Williams, Greene, and Shields. Goes to show.
