Glenn… I know my opinion isnt going to change anything, but it is what it is my opinion. As fans isnt this board created to share our opinions? Whether they be good or bad opinions?

I mean really, why is it so important that everyone band together and hate Tomlin equally?

I've seen it numerous times. They even do it to the ball after a TD sometimes. Normally after a play and the player lays on the ground like they're "dead" tired.

Just caught in the moment, I'm sure he didn't run onto the field and say "Man when Cam gets a sack, I'm going to run over and give him chest compressions" "That will be really fun after what happened last week!"

 

Look I really like how this season ended. Coach did a good job with the young players he had this year!

 

I’m not getting into all that political Woke stuff. Just the wording you used in the thread title indicates you’re upset about it then you go on to say other people are sensitive. Just seemed a bit hypocritical.

Somebody did this on Cam Heyward a couple of weeks ago so it’s apparently more common than we might think. Whatever the case, it’s an absolutely STUPID celebration and to do it now after what just happened Monday night makes it even more STUPID!

 

Nothing more....Nothing less. I bet if You showed it to Him later.....He would say....My bad....I was caught up in the moment, and forgot. GEEZZZZ people.....I freaking guarantee it wasn't maliciously done.

 

It was jsut a bad celebration. You guys want the Steelers to cut Highsmith over a bad celebration? I don’t. Sorry about Damar but Highsmith is too good to lose over a bad celebration.

Me convincing you that Tomlin needs to go beyond a short conversation is pointless. It doesn’t have any bearing on what the Steelers do. Now when I talk to you I can possibly have a bearing on your actions and you on mine.

I have only seen 3 coaches in my Steeler lifetime… Steelers organization very loyal to their coaches. I like others, would just like to see this team be a competitive playoff contender again.

 

I see it as a positive response to the EMT's that saved Damars life.

 

I say this in all niceness I can muster, but honestly How many coaches do You know that can have the Defense player of the Year out for almost half the season, Start a rookie Qb, a rookie Wr, a 2nd year TE, a rookie TE, a 2nd year Rb, and a rookie RB(I should have just condensed this....the Youngest offense in the league), and still have a winning season????

I'm not a Tomlin fan, but I'm realistic about things. I try to see all sides of things.
That was a pretty good coaching job.
I've seen a lot of coaches get passes for a lot less every year.

 

They will. I’m happy they remain competitive while rebuilding.
This is how the Steelers have operated for the last 50 years. You know what you’re getting.
It’s like moving next door to a Sh!t plant and then bitching about the smell.
If you’re going to be a Steelers fan this is the way it is.

Just a frustrated fan… being a lifetime Steeler fan I am kinda spoiled.

 

In all honesty there were a lot of bad teams in the NFL this season
