Why not have #14 in for goalline stuff. Still do not get this. We have no size advantage so everything has to be crossing routes. Hence Ben has to hold the ball

We had no big WR's in 2008 (Sweed didn't count). It's all about execution and playcalling.

But Hines was toughest wr ever. And we could run the ball. Holmes could go up and catch the ball.

Our wr do not seem to be able to go up and catch the ball.

I can't stand this either lets keep 4 ****ing TEs active and sit out tall guy that has 1 target 1 catch and 1 td on the sidlines. Oh wait our special teams may suffer who gives a **** if you aren't scoring.

I was banking on Plax being a big redzone threat this season but that didn't work out. We are the 2013 version of the Pittsburgh smurfs at WR.

Our big receiver has been sitting on the sidelines for the last few games.

Another Tomiln call for sitting Moye and you got 10 TE's on the roster.

I bet Palmer was active and he's done ABSOULTELY nothing all year.

And why you put the designation on Matt Spaeth is beyond comprehensible.

So when he gets healthy they can cut moye and keep 5 TEs

You know all this pimping of Moye reminds me of how people used to pimp Redman.

Moye has shown he can play in the preseason and the one chance he had in the regular season.

I honestly don't understand keeping 4 TEs active, but I am also not sure Moye has proved he is part of the solution at the moment. He may be, but playing him would at least give us a shot at finding out.

Have to admit Glenn, keeping your tallest receiver on the bench for so many TE's is kind of a head scratcher. And Moye has shown he can deliver too.

our best red zone threats are 83 and 26. 83 should have been thrown the ball instead of taking a sack

Yes but you add another 6 foot 5 wr on the other side of miller it makes the defense choose which to rotate coverage to. Also would open up some more stuff for bell.

Definitely a head scratcher, but not to the extent that people are making. Seen alot of guys look great in the preseason only to vanish once the season starts. Lets face it Moye was playing against other scrubs in the preseason, hardly a good argument. Guy has one catch, yes it was a touchdown, but one catch none the less. People are always calling for some third stringer to play.
With that said I like Moye and think he should be active and see a few plays a game, but no need to go off the deep end if he doesn't dress.

:this!: Well said, twice in the red zone with 5 yards to go and we don't score a touchdown. It would of been nice to have him then.

Ben needs the help with a big target in the red zone.

Why is Paulson even on the roster...he can't block...he is not a Redzone threat. We need to draft a TE early next year.

Better question, who is the 4th TE that we literally never see enter the game? Why is he on the team? I honestly don't know who he is.

I wasn't on the Moye bandwagon in the beginning, I was pulling for J. Brown to make the squad but the more I watch Moye the more I can see he can play. You're right, can't base too much off of preseason but in his one opportunity he capitalized on it which tells me he is more then likely as good as his preseason performance.

Hell be the third receiver next year, once they are ready to part ways with Cotchery. This is his year to sit I guess?

Why wait until next year? This season is shot. Let's see what he can do NOW!

I think he'll get more playing time this year, I can't see them continuing to keep so many TE's active. I don't know where he'll be on the depth chart next year, I have no idea what will happen with Sanders and will also depend on how Wheaton does the rest of this year.

I don't understand it either. I would cut them and sign two other lineman. Adams and Gilbert need all the help they can get.
