NFL season preview - all teams

Putting a link to the 4 hour NFL video where they spend 9-10 minutes on every team, predicting how they will do. I was tempted to put it in the "General Talk" forum, but I'm justifying putting it here by linking directly to the Steelers section.

I haven't watched it in any detail yet, beyond skipping to their prediction:
9-8 (3-3 division games, 3-0 weaker opponents, 2-1 equal teams, 1-4 stronger teams)
Floor 6-11, ceiling 11-6 (depending mostly on the QB play)

I've only glanced at parts, but they evaluated each team's schedule independently of each other.

That lets them be optimistic for each team (which makes fans of a particular team happy), but also means that there are more wins than losses when the whole league is summed up.

For the Bengals, they predict a sweep of the Browns.
For the Steelers, they predict a split with the Browns.
And for the Browns, they predict a split with the Bengals and a sweep of the Steelers.

 

Yup, it’s too much work for lazy media to try to ‘balance’ things. 100% of the kids in my town are above average.
