Too bad Geronimo Allison is an RFA, I liked him coming out in the draft, but haven't followed his career too closely

Yes that would be a fun name indeed to yell out every time he made a catch...

This just makes the whole Le'Veon Bell fiasco that played out all the more unusual. Granted, spite was involved as well but to play for less while asking for more?!

Something is not adding up here. :hmm:

I remember when that piece of garbage Harrison wouldn’t take a pay cut then went to the Bengals for less.
    Pride.

    True.

I do believe there is more spite than pride involved here but I am not counting that out either. Be that as it may, I hope Le'Veon found what he was looking for in the end.

I don't think it has anything to do with spite.. Bell overvalued himself, plain and simple. His agent is also a complete moron.

So far for us FA is the same as our ROLB position.....a DUD . Well it’s still early for FA and at least one of them has a chance of improving

    From Albert Breer

Among that haven't really been in it for ex-Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell: Bears, Colts, Ravens, Texans and Bills. Market's tough. Only takes one, and as the price drops teams may re-enter. Right now, feeling is you might be able to get him at $11-12 million per.

For what it’s worth he had 4 picks and 15 pass defended last year

Well looks like teams are putting his value as a RB not a WR2

He’s going to regret not taking the Steelers deal during last summer.

Good move I feel. Looks like CB is off the board in the first. WR or LB in play? Or maybe this team needs a Noah to save us from ourselves

Of course you haven't. I'm sure he's a bargain though. They did this last year with that safety from the Packers that nobody really wanted.

    FWIW

Pro Football Focus' No. 28 cover corner out of 123 qualifiers. The Steelers need to hope his game transitions to Pittsburgh and solidifies the spot opposite Joe Haden
