What are the Browns going to do if they can’t land Deshaun Watson?

Also afaik Bakers money is guaranteed so they can’t really cut him. I’m not all that sure he will be gone.

That roster is starting to get expensive and their window is starting to close, it’s absolute desperation now going after Watson.

I just noticed the Raiders released ILB Nick Kwiatkoski to save 7 million in cap room. I don't know if he would be an upgrade over Spillane?

Any chance Nick would come back to Pittsburgh on a Hometown Discount?

He suffered through the dreaded Pec injury in 2021.

 

He would be much better in coverage than Spillane without a doubt. If his release is injury related the Steelers won’t go there but I expect it is more cap related.
