Yes, I posted that link for anyone that wanted to see all the NFL transactions.

I don't have a clue why Buffalo would want to get rid of Tremaine in his option year at 12.7 million

I've seen all those names brought up. I don't know much about Davis. He doesn't appear to be much of a ball hawk though. I kinda bringing in the kid from Monaca: Jordan Whitehead myself. I really hope we resign Witherspoon. If our CBs are Davis, Witherspoon with Sutton back in the slot, I can definitely live with that.

Personally, if we bring in those four, that's a huge win. Really opens the door to drafting DL, OG, or Ot in the 1st with a possibility of going WR.

I'm not sure I'm buying the reporting of anonymous sources here, but I would be very happy with a free agent class of Davis, Jensen, and Wagner. I'd even be happy enough to forgive re-signing Edmunds.

ESPN story says Chargers about to acquire Kahlil Mack from Bears.

If true, Chargers are loading up. Bosa and Mack? Ouch.

Yea. Pending physicals and the start of the new NFL year, this is all but official.

I look around the NFL and I think Steelers are holding their cards right now.

They are keeping an eye open but I don’t think they do anything drastic. Probably just molding for the years coming

Steelers are not bringing Watson in with his situation regardless if he's not charged.

Look for Watson to end up in Seattle. Pete Carroll doesn't mind being a scumbag, Watson will work there.

    Anti jinx

They would be my priorities, though the Steelers are going to need at least one corner, two of they don't re-sign Witherspoon.

agreed. i am all for signing witherspoon as you know. i am all for one in the draft as well. if we can get these two it moves some things around for them in the draft. it eliminates some moves at the top couple of rounds for them. wouldn't be a need for a ILB early. it would help johnson, UG3 and maybe bush. it would open up a spot for a top corner in the draft and there are several options in the 2nd and 3 rd.

Yup. The problem is they also have to get a safety, even if it is just re-signing Edmunds. Even if they ignore quarterback in the draft, they are going to have a tough time filling all of the holes.

looking at who they have met with at the combine it looks like they have options at every level with certain positions. free agency will be used for the others even if they draft a qb. it's actually pretty interesting if you dive deep into the rumors and then look at who fits needs amongst the meeting and where some of these guys are slated to go in each round. i expect they will fill a lot of holes this offseason. then they have to put it all together.

Come on man, I think anyone advocating for him is on the presumption that he is innocent.

Obviously if he is indicted, he’s not playing anywhere, who would touch him with a trial looming.

And what people are failing to realize iz Watson will go wherever he wants to go. He has a no trade clause. There's no guarantee he ends up Seattle.

I don't want any Qb from someone else.
    1. They are either running from problems instead of trying 2 fix them, or.......
    2. Their teams don't really want them anymore.
Qb is not like the other players in F.A.
Nobody gets rid of a Qb today if it's not one , or the other.

Watson wouldn't say no to coming to the Steelers. Common sense says that is the spot he ends up. Issue is, do we want another accused rapist as a QB? Our principals are getting tested here.
