NFL Films "Lost Treasures"

    I came across this episode, on Super Bowls VIII to XIII, and thought you'd all be interested in taking a look. The most compelling part is the interview with former Cowboys' WR Golden Richards (at about the 15:00 mark) about SB X. Richards claims he suffered broken ribs when Mel Blount punched him in the back.

    I have watched that game many times and know the play he is talking about. But it wasn't Blount who injured him, it was Glen Edwards. And it wasn't a punch in the back, either: it was a knee.

    I wonder if Richards himself was already suffering from memory loss.
