NFL.com Mocks

It's the start of Mock Draft season, which will run for the next 10 weeks or so. Current Steeler picks at #20 on NFL.com are:
Freland- Graham Barton, IOL
Zierline- Amarius Mims, OT
Edholm- Quinyon Mitchell, CB
Brooks- Mims
Jeremiah- Mims. 2.0 has us going Fautanu
Reuter- 1st round- Trevan Wallace, LB- 2nd Round- Mims- 3rd round- TJ Tampa, CB

 

Man, I hate to use a first rd pick on a center, but a starting center from day 1 maybe tough to get with our selection in round 2 without a trade up. I know it is hard to predict
What other teams may do. I was hoping for CB rd 1, center in 2 DL in 3rd.

 

The Reuter draft- which I do have to say the idea of Mims in 2 and Tampa in 3- goes three full rounds, with Compensatory picks, and Frazier and Van Pran are still on the board. The Freland one, where we take Barton, has Powers-Johnson going 2 picks later.

 

Actually had to look up who Trevan Wallace was. An OLB/Edge Rusher. Yeah, we don't need that. And rated as a 3rd round talent. Definitely not in the first, with who was still available.

 

These national publications have no idea what our needs are.!
Clueless as far as I am concerned.

 

I just saw Kiper's 2.0 draft and he has the Steelers taking Nate Wiggins the CB from Clemson.
The Athletic released their newest mock yesterday and has the Steelers picking Jackson Powers Johnson.

 

I'm good with either of those.
