Damn, we have to play the Ravens twice AGAIN. It seems like that happens every season ;)

Too early to tell. Based on 2011 records, this schedule seems easy on paper. The Steelers only face two teams outside the division with a winning record in 2011 (Titans and Giants, both 9-7 teams).

LOL Steel Elvis! It also seems like we always only get 8 home games every year too. You inspire me man.

I would actually like to see two consistently elite teams on the schedule, every year.

I think we split with Baltimore and Cincy next year, sweep Cleveland. 4-2
At home we beat KC, SD, Wash and Jets, lose to Philly at home. 4-1
On the road, we beat Tenn and Oakland, lose to Denver, Dallas and NYG. 2-3

    Overall: 10-6

Don't you think it's a little too early to tell how we are going to do?

Yeah, its early, but I love to speculate. I think next year will be a very interesting year. We start incorporating more of the young guys and hopefully we draft some guys that will be ready quicker than past rookies.

I agree. Heck - it's usually too early to predict even at the beginning of the season. Sometimes it depends on what part of the year the matchups occur. For example, I don't want the Steelers to be anywhere NEAR Baltimore at the beginning of next season. I'd also rather steer clear of Cincy and Cleveland. If Cleveland is going to bite us next year, I think it would be early in the season before they and their fans realize that they really aren't a very good team. I'd rather give Cincy a chance to get a little beat up before we face them. So, there are a lot of variables - not to mention the rosters - that have to fall into place before I can make an informed prediction.

Well, we'll probably end the season with either Baltimore or Cincy. hopefully it will be a home game.

If we played next years schedule this past season we would be 8-8.

Agree that it is too early to have a real feel for how the season may play out, but I can see 11 or 12 very possible wins. I think most of us are a little hesitant to pick the Steelers to win anything right now. That loss is still a little too fresh.

Ok...really....Split with the Rats sweep Cincy And Cleveland,5-1
@home=win KC,SD,Wash,Jets Philly5-0 (All these teams are in such disarray)Cant see losing to any of them!
vs-Tenn,Oak,Denver,Dallas 4-0(Dallas game may be tough)
vs Giants 0-1.......14-2(Just cus we are reasting our starters)if it is in fact our last game.Which I know it will most likely not be.

    I can dream cant I?
