LoL. I believe Canada is gone after this season no matter what. Unless We win a SB.

The proper response would be to acknowledge your error and move on, but it's you, so this is what we get. It is relevant given that Kenyon Green is also an offensive lineman who plays for the Texans, though he was a first-round pick by the team in 2022.

Well from the success of OSU QB's to the pros coming out the best is not saying much, but just like panning for gold, that one time you hit and all else is meaningless. For that matter Burrow transferred from OSU and look where he is now. At first I though CJ would just be another Texan loss at the Alamo simply because of the Teams history, but looks like they may indeed have something brewing to be a force for some time. For me it's still hard to really judge Jones, I don't think he is necessarily that great, but also feel in the right environment he could be decent. He had on OK rookie year, then was literally thrown under the bus with a D coach switched to his OC, and Belichek literally giving him no weapons to work with. As bad as our O has looked, they have been horrendous, some of that is on Jones, but IDK how much you can blame him with the entire situation being the crapshow it is. Hopefully he gets out and can prove himself as a respectable back up, then if the opportunity arises takes it and rides with it, but honestly just being a competent b/u can set you for life.

Well I can't stick up for M. Jones even though I thought He would be better. Nobody is forcing Him to keep throwing to the other teams...., and that is a big problem with Him now.

Unfortunately probably right on the $. Except at the end of this year, there will be a "big shake up" where we allow Canada to walk (thereby making him this year's target for all guilt - the "scapegoat," if you will - preceded by Kenny being a rookie last year, and Ben "being too old and immobile" the year before), thus absolving Tomlin from any of the blame, just like every year. Then, in an unprecedented move, they will "promote from within" to find our new OC, thereby continuing the "same ole, same ole" "Steeler way" which they endlessly "hang their hat on."

And, in addition, the whole "kit and caboodle" will possess the arbitrary summation that we "are on our way" because we didn't have a losing season and the FA moves, draft and new coaches will prevail and "get us over the hump" toward not only making the playoffs, but to win our 1st postseason game in 8 years, providing a reason for celebitory acts and cause Art II to go into his office and sip on some more scotch reassuring himself that "all is well" just as long as tickets are still selling out.

And, the adulation for Tomlin's "non-losing" seasons can continue, just as his highly exaggerated ranking as one of the top coaches shall continue to falsely exist. And all will be good in the 9-8 Steeler nation where only there can a QB with bottom-feeder stats be considered an "up-in-coming franchise QB," in his 3rd year at the age of 26.

I won't debate that, and trying to work out of that with the staff not behind you, the players around you stinking as well, makes his life a total crapshow. I've heard it stated that Bill does not want him, but yet at the end of training camp he was the only QB on the roster. can't stick up for him, but Bill sure is sticking it to him. lol

Not to mention if you try to have an intelligent discussion over something he says he immediately launches into hyperbole and name calling.

Fans like him are the worst, even when the team wins they will find something to complain about , saying crap like the Steelers only won because an opposing player got injured.

They do suck and are irrelevant in the league just a 500 team so what ? No future to speak of. Even if they had number 1 pick Tomlin probably sits him he’s on a dillusional island and to narrow minded to change it’s actually sad to listen to his pathetic pressers. Flip flop jibber jabber circus clown who will end up somewhere in the middle . Big ****ing deal . Older guys love him cause you can suck ass and play young guys hate him and wish they never signed with the Steelers cause they no they will never ever ever ever ever have a chance at a SB

Yes the obligatory "You only post negative stuff" at a time where the vast majority of collective events are indeed negative. And I do post some positives, in the few areas where there is any positive news, but you just casually missed those posts, so be it. If my accurate representation of the truth annoys you, then keep reading your issues of "Steelers' Digest" and ignore my offerings based in reality.

If, in your world, Art II is running a "tight ship" and making "shrewd, wise" decisions, then go on with your bad self. If you buy into Tomlin being this insightful, genius head coach then "jam on it, jam on it." If in your world Canada is this bright, creative offensive coordinator, then celebrate in his honor. "Celebrate good times, come on! Let's celebrate!"

If you think it makes sense to run a team "loosely" and "undisciplined" than have at it. If you enjoy having an OL coach who does his job as poorly as Meyer, then "bump to the beat." If your idea of a good defense in the one run by Austin, then "dance the night away."

They won three of their five games, but everything is negative.

It isn't just that you are relentlessly negative. It is that you are flooding the board with it, starting multiple threads about the same thing and posting the same nonsense over and over.
