New to the Board

    Hello all I am a new convert to "The Steelers Fans" Message Board. I have been a long time observer on the other board but was never able to post and have finally given up on reading that site. I have been a lifelong Steelers Fan growing up in the Burgh in the 70's and 80's. Now living in Redskins country and doing my part to make sure my kids grow up following the Black and Gold.

    Having read the other board for over 10 years before I got a working account, I can relate. Welcome to the board. Even though I've been using the other board for so long, this one just "feels" more lively and doesn't make you feel like it's a struggle just to make a comment.

    Welcome. I was a member over there for six years. Couldnt be happier this place was created. The whole vibe and look is so much better than the old place.

    Hello! I also have been following (but not allowed to join) the other board for many years.... (back before pimply dan's memorable rally post),... and I am happy to have a voice finally! So used to just reading, tho... might take me a while to get used to actually talking back! Anyway, I am a psycho-superstitious-bleed-black-n-gold-uber-fan like most of you, so I am happy to finally get to say this:

    So how long before we have a Pimply Dan memorial post? Maybe he was still reading the other board but couldn't post any more to reply to all the threads about him over there :hmmm:
