New Spygate ?

I'm sure Governor Ventura was behind the whole thing! He had Bill (obviously a member of the Bilderberg Foundation) build a tunnel underground for when the aliens time travel to take over Area 51. Blount was the mastermind that knew he wouldn't play much so he started hording all the water. They plan to take control of all the water and control the country. So, in essence, we don't have to worry about playing the Patriots in the AFCCG because they will all be living off the grid, practicing their SEAL training (Homeland security will need them when they implement martial law)!
