That's what I, and some others have always had a problem with, but its not a help, or at least that's what I've been told.

Great song from a great album, but I still like Masters as their all time greatest album, and I listen to them from the 1st.

from everyone i know that has had that done the biggest thing they have always said was DO NOT Over Do IT. do and stay with what the physical therapist tell you. it will make the transition smooth for the long term function. you're a big boy so do what you want but just trying to give you some good advice my friend. i'm probably not far from having to do this as well. good luck. hang in there. you should be ready for the season. remember it's a long walk to the rest room from your seat. watch how much you carry too. only 2 beers and two dogs max. :smiley1::cool:

I agree, and I said pretty much the same, but there are some foolish people like me that always do more. Im a guy that has exercise, and , or done some form of training since I was a kid, and so its hard at 1st to just do a little bit as it seemed in my mind that the Physical Therapy wants you to do. Like I said foolish. Also My Bro, and his wife own a Physical Therapy place, and they both work there, so I've heard it from both many times

I was in the lawn care industry for23 years. Bermuda grass is a warm season turf. It grows via Rhizomes. I have never seen any Bermuda grass that would stay green in cold temperatures. This is a new turf type so we'll see how it goes. Bermuda grass is not as good as blue grass at thickening and repairing damage. I'm sure they've done their research but I will be interested in seeing this turf when it's winter in PA Once soil temps drop below 55 degrees it goes dormant and turns brown. Maybe they have a way of heating the field? Can't wait to see it work

    The field is heated

The field is heated from below, using a mixture of antifreeze and hot water, to keep the field at around 62 °F (17 °C) in order to keep the grass growing year-round. -Wiki

Like you I will wait to see

I thought the field was heated?
I would have sworn I heard them say that years ago.

I always thought the Steelers replaced the grass one game too late. Last year when the field was looking terrible the announcers were talking about how the stadium would be getting a new field next game after the Steelers returned from their road trip.

Poor Boz. This could have easily been the end of his season.

The turf is not only used by Pitt but it is also used by the high school playoff games. They normally replaced it right after that which makes sense but was late November.

Last year was an anomaly and they replaced it sooner and to me it looked like they knew they were replacing it sooner and so they quit maintaining it.

I don’t remember what did the field look like at the end of last season?
