Needs? All we need is a run game

But how?
RB:
Dyer is a decent big back, Mendy will be gone, and Redman is another decent big back. I don't count Rainy because he is a "special player" and not a real RB.
So I think we have a need at RB.

OL:
We need some help on the line too. I like Pouncy, Mike Adams, Gilbert, DeCastro and Colon. Hopefully Foster will be a backup G and Starks will be a backup LT for us. This line struggled a bit this year but at times was fairly dominant. I'm hoping Colon continues to adjust to G, hopefully DeCastro, Gilbert and Adams continue to develop. All 4 of those guys *should* be better next year. Pouncy will be fine. Having Foster and Starks as backups are solid options.

TE:
I think we are good. Depth is decent too.

WR: Well Brown is good. Wallace I think is gone and losing him will bring the safties up a bit more which will hurt the run game. I think we need another big, fast WR.

Best thing to improve the team is to improve the run game. My solution is draft a WR and RB. Too bad this is a weak class for those two positions.
